• Biz is the best!!!  She helped us with an email problem and stayed on top of it until we had fixed the issue without having to change our email address.  Biz is completely competent, trustworthy, sensitive about customer privacy, and best of all, empathetic and a very nice person to work with.  Give Biz a call, she can fix it all!!

• My husband and I have used Biz's expertise on several occasions for our IT issues.  You call  her, make an appointment, she shows up when she says she will, and takes care of the problems.  We highly recommend her services.  When you need help, call Biz.

• I recently had Biz assist me with my laptop, which had been increasingly "slow" and annoying to use.  She came in and did her magic and I'm now able to be more productive in a timely manner (not to mention it doesn't take 15 minutes just to start up, which was most annoying).   Biz was professional and got the job done all while teaching me along the way.  Thanks, Biz!

• Our good friend and neighbor, Biz Burnett, has enabled us to understand what the computer is doing and how it does it.  Whenever we thought we had a problem and couldn't figure out what we had messed up, we called Biz and she solved the problem quickly without making us feel like complete dummies.  When it came time to purchase another computer or any items related to our technical needs, we called Biz and asked her opinion before purchase.  She kindly put us on the right track with her suggestions and ideas.  It has been wonderful to have her available and close by for technical support.  Thanks, Biz for all of your wonderful assistance!

• Our neighborhood is fortunate to have a neighbor who’s an expert at solving computer issues as well as providing advice.  She has worked with us on issues with our old computer, helped transfer data to our new computer, and also provided advice on streaming vs cable services!  We value and rely on her advice and her patience while she explains what she’s doing and why.  Biz is who we always call!

• Not being a computer lover but having to use it and having no skill at fixing computer issues, it was a godsend to find Biz!  She is a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and she can educate you on what she does and how and why she does it!  Needless to say, she resolved my issues with several Word documents and grids, squared away my email for easier reading, and cleaned up many issues in my system.  I cannot explain all of it, but she was efficient, friendly and ready to share knowledge.  I would HIGHLY recommend Biz to anyone with large or small issues.  We are blessed to have her assistance!
