I recently had Biz assist me with my laptop, which had been increasingly "slow" and annoying to use. She came in and did her magic, and I'm now able to be more productive in a timely manner (not to mention it doesn't take 15 minutes just to start up, which was most annoying). Biz was professional and got the job done all while teaching me along the way.

I thought I needed to buy a new laptop, but your suggestion to instead buy a replacement battery saved me a LOT of money. The research we did helped identify the correct item to buy (on Amazon, for only about $23), and it was very easy for us to install. I have been on my laptop for almost 4 hours today and I haven't needed to plug it in…woo-hoo!
